New Beginning
We’re all really looking forward to seeing everyone again after such a long time. This new beginning also comes with extra obligations and means we have to adapt our behaviour to keep everyone safe. Consequently there will be a few extra guidelines which we ask all clients to follow in the salon. Unfortunately these guidelines are not optional but we are sure you will understand and thank you in advance for your cooperation.

Because of the huge amount of time that has passed since we last saw everyone’s hair (15 weeks minimum) this is starting all over again, with everyone being like a new client. As a result we are going to have to do new allergy tests and conditioning treatments for all. While we know that you’ve been doing your best at home, we have no idea of the condition of your hair and it just wouldn’t be correct or professional of us to work in any other way. Most of you know how we work and we are not going to jeopardise your hair for a quick fix. Once again we are sure you will understand.

- Please bring a mask with you to wear in the salon at all times
- After we have gowned you (plastic disposable), we ask that you either wash your hands or use the hand-santiser provided.
- We ask that clients don’t bring family, friends or children with them at this time (unless they also have an appointment).
